Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings made with Shreya Taxi Services may be cancelled and whether refunds may be applicable.

By booking a taxi service through our website, phone, or any other communication channel, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Taxi Booking Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their taxi booking by contacting Shreya Taxi Services through phone or email.

Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled pickup time to be considered valid.


2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and the timing of cancellation.

Local Taxi Bookings

For local taxi bookings in Dehradun, refunds may be considered if the cancellation is made well before the driver is dispatched.

Airport Taxi Bookings

Airport transfer bookings may be eligible for refund only if cancelled sufficiently before the pickup time.

Outstation Taxi Bookings

For outstation travel such as Dehradun to Delhi, Mussoorie, Nainital, or Chandigarh, refunds depend on the stage of booking confirmation and travel schedule.


3. Advance Booking Payments

Certain bookings, including tour packages, pilgrimage travel (Char Dham Yatra), or peak-season reservations, may require advance payment.

Advance payments made to confirm vehicle availability may be non-refundable, especially during high-demand travel periods.


4. Cancellation by Shreya Taxi Services

In rare situations where we are unable to provide the booked taxi due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle issues, road conditions, or natural events, we will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle.

If an alternative arrangement cannot be made, the customer will be informed and any applicable refund will be processed.


5. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time and does not inform us in advance, the booking may be considered a no-show, and any advance payment may not be refundable.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or as mutually agreed between the customer and Shreya Taxi Services.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
